Conference on River Contract

The 9th July 2016, during the First International Participatory Festival of L’Aquila, ILEX promoted the meeting “The River Contracts – Experiences of negotiated planning for the protection and enhancement of rivers”, with the participation of Giancarlo Gusmaroli – Italian National Board of River Contracts; Laura Mosca River Contract “Foce del Po”; Silvana Ranza River Covenant “Valle del Simeto” and in presence of the councilor delegate to River Contract in L’Aquila: Maurizio Capri. It has been the first step of our participatory process on the Aterno River Contract and an useful occasion for a preliminary sharing of the river problems.
