Workshop producers-restaurants keeper
The aim of the meeting between producers and restaurateurs of the Media Valle dell’Aterno was to facilitate a process of mutual rapprochement between two complementary sectors.
During the meeting, the needs and the modus operandi of each participant were expressed. As far as producers are concerned, the need to start a process of valorisation of local agri-food excellence in order to make it more profitable has clearly emerged; while restaurateurs willing to buy local products need a constant and guaranteed supply as well as a product distribution and supply service.
In the next 6 months we will test this service supplying a pilot selection of local produces to restaurants and corner in the foodstuff shops, distributed throughout the territory.
