Cooking class to promote the available local produces of the Aterno valley
The aim of the three cooking class we organized in the 2018 spring was to promote the available local produces of the Aterno valley; produces that have supported for centuries the local communities life in these difficult lands. Wild lattuces and officinal herbs; cereals and legumes; truffles.
Through these three groups and following the their processing value chain, it was possible to know the producers who live in the valley and to understand the “reasons” behind the local traditonal recipes. The classes target group was a small team of tour operators and bloggers interested in repropose the program to their clients and followers.
