Study Tour to visit Spanish “Good practices”

As part of the training program of Mediterranean Mosaics national teams, two representatives from ACS (Lebanon – Shouf) and two from ILEX (Italy – Abruzzo,) visited the “Hierbes del Molì” farm in Spain (production and sale of organic aromatic herbs) and “Pistachos Ibericos” (dry-farming of organic pistachios, grafted on terebinth and forest plants production).

At the end, the two ILEX representatives visited also the constituting “Model Forest” of Palencia, which in last years has starded to go through its first steps. This visit has allowed an useful debate about the methods to involve the local populations.
